Spent the afternoon in Perth Museum and Art Gallery at the deeply moving “Trove” Exhibition presented by The Scottish Glass Society . It is a truly uplifting collection of work from a group of selected Scottish glass artists . The photograph is part of Siobhan Healy’s wonderful work inspired by the Victorian Plant collection of Colonel Drummond-Hay. Healy constructs slivers of glass seemingly growing organically from a massive Victorian tome, juxtaposed against a monochromatic mixed media video installation. Enthralling work, it’s on till the end of May. Don’t miss it .
