FilmG Weekend Workshops in Skye

27th & 28th August

FilmG’s weekend workshops, in partnership with HIE, will be held this year on the 27th & 28th August at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig (SMO), Scotland’s Gaelic College, located in Sleat on the Isle of Skye.  This is a very popular event, with industry professionals leading a series of workshops on Scripting for Drama, Documentary-making, Directing, Sound, Camera & Editing.   They are open to anyone interested in filmmaking at an entry and intermediate level and are FREE!

They want everyone attending the workshops to come along with an idea for a 3-5 minute film.  This helps the tutors tailor their workshops according to the film genre.

For those coming from further afield Bed and Breakfast is available at the college at a cost of £31 per night.   If you are interested  or visit their website to find out more about them.
